Winchcombe is a small village in the Cotswolds and attracts a lot of walkers. It has a small museum which has two sets of exhibits – those covering local and folk history, and those in a police exhibition.  Last admission is at 15:30 on Saturdays, so it being 16:30 when Timothy dropped by, he made do with the railings outside.
