Berkswell is a small village a few miles west of Coventry in West Midlands.

Timothy visited for his birthday (say it: “barks-well“), having previously visited the Isle of Dogs, Berkhamsted, Barkham Manor, and Barking among others.

It is a quiet little village, popular with walkers, and as upcoming photos will show, it has a well (hence the second half of its name ) and an old Norman church and graveyard.
