Bradford’s City Hall took three years to build and cost £100,000.  It opened in 1873 and was extended in 1909, again in 1914, and again in 1963.

Today it’d probably cost more than £100,000 for this entrance alone.

Timothy can’t pass up an opportunity to hang in such majestic surroundings.  So he didn’t.
