This old water pump and stone trough are in the entrance courtyard at the National Trust’s Attingham Park.
The cafe in the courtyard serves a “picnic pie” which is pretty decent, though we don’t think it quite matches up with our own derived from a Plough Monday Pie.
In this second picture, Timothy is looking for the pie: it was busy while we were there, so it took a little while to arrive…
