There are new electric car charging points popping up all over the place.  Most, if not all, public car parks have them now – and new developments (like new supermarkets) have them too.  We’ve never seen any of them being used.

We pass this car park regularly –  a few times a month, and in the 2-3 years that these charging bays have been there, there has never been anyone even parked in them.

Hanging Timothy in his bag from the fence behind the charging post is surely the most use they have had since they were installed.
